Mr. Hammer, with the firm since 2000, is a shareholder and concentrates primarily in the areas of general business transactions, health law, and real estate law. He regularly advises clients on the structuring and implementation of all types of business transactions focusing particularly on the needs of closely-held and family businesses. Additionally, Mr. Hammer advises health care providers and ancillary service facilities on their business transactions and compliance with the federal and state health laws. Finally, Mr. Hammer regularly assists clients on all aspects of real estate acquisition and divestiture including due diligence, survey reviews, title examinations, like-kind exchanges, choice of business entity planning, and lending and various forms of financing.
