
Mr. Goodman has been with the firm since 1999 and is a shareholder with areas of emphasis including business and commercial litigation, probate and trust litigation, fiduciary litigation, employment litigation, commercial and residential real estate and creditor rights law. Mr. Goodman represents clients throughout Texas in both federal and state courts as well as in Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation. Mr. Goodman also represents clients with respect to investigations conducted by the Texas Workforce Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, The Department of Labor, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights.
