
Mr. Dunning is a shareholder of the firm. His practice emphasizes business planning, corporate and business law, and mergers and acquisitions involving family owned and closely-held businesses. Mr. Dunning assists business clients in many aspects of their business and operations. The scope of Mr. Dunning's services includes: working with clients to select the appropriate entity structure, advising clients on management control and ownership issues for businesses with multiple owners, negotiating loan agreements, real estate leases, employment contracts, and other business contracts on behalf of clients; developing employee incentive compensation plans to encourage employee participation in the growth of a client's business; and handling the sale of a client's business or the client's acquisition of another business.
