Mr. Pierce joined the firm in 2008 after graduating from the Texas Tech University School of Law and the University of Dallas. His practice focuses primarily on business planning, real estate, and transactions. Mr. Pierce represents clients with respect to business planning, including choice of entity planning, advising on the structuring and implementation of all types of transactions, focusing particularly on the needs of closely-held entities. Mr. Pierce also assists clients on all aspects of real estate acquisition and divestiture including due diligence, survey reviews, title examinations, like-kind exchanges, and lending and various forms of financing.
