
Mr. Pierce joined the firm in 2008 after graduating from the Texas Tech University School of Law and the University of Dallas. His practice focuses primarily on business planning, commercial litigation, real estate, and transactions. Mr. Pierce represents clients with respect to business planning, advising on the structuring and implementation of all types of transactions, focusing particularly on the needs of closely-held entities. Mr. Pierce also advises clients with respect to complying with rules and regulations implemented by the Texas Workforce Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights.
