
Mr. Hennessee joined the firm as an associate after graduating from law school in August of 2006. His areas of emphasis focus on tax and business planning for closely-held businesses and individuals. Specifically, he counsels clients as to choice of business entity, entity formation and dissolution, multi-entity planning, management and ownership structures, business transactions, and the federal and state tax consequences related to such items. In addition, Mr. Hennessee also advises clients as to the federal and state tax consequences associated with oil and gas transactions.
