Mrs. Daley joined the firm as an associate in 2002 to practice in the Corporate section. She began her law career in Fort Worth in 1997 practicing general transactional work. In 2000, she joined the Dell Computer Corporation legal team in Austin, Texas, concentrating on procurement and technology contracts for the World Wide Operations group. Returning to Fort Worth in 2002, she now focuses her legal practice on closely held business and family business clients. She counsels clients on issues ranging from the formation of a business to the eventual sale of such business. Additionally, Mrs. Daley represents clients in technology-related transactions including negotiating technology licensing and development agreements.
