Traveling North on I 35 W: As you head North on I 35 W take the Spur 280 Downtown exit on the right and make the loop back up over I-35. As you approach downtown bear to your right and take the E 4th Street exit. The parking garage for DR Horton Tower is directly on your right. Turn right at the light on Jones Street. Turn right into the parking garage*.
Traveling South on I 35 W: As you head South on I 35 W bear to your right as you approach downtown and take the Downtown Belknap exit. Turn left on Calhoun. The parking garage will be on your left approximately four blocks down between 3rd and 4th Streets. Turn left into the parking garage* at last entrance before 4th Street.
Traveling West on I 30: As you head West on I 30 take the I-35 North / Downtown exit. There is a long access ramp that eventually splits - Stay Left and take the Spur 280 Downtown exit. As you approach downtown bear to your right and take the E 4th Street exit. The parking garage for DR Horton Tower is directly on your right. Turn right at the light on Jones Street. Turn right into the parking garage*.
Traveling East on I 30: As you head East on I 30 take the Summit Avenue exit and turn left onto Summit Avenue. Turn right on 7th street. Turn left on Commerce. To enter the parking garage, turn right on 3rd Street. Turn right on Calhoun. Enter the parking garage* on the left at the end of the block.
Traveling South on 121 or 183 (from DFW International Airport): As you head South on 121 and are approaching the downtown area, bear to the right and follow the sign for Belknap Street and Downtown. Turn left on Calhoun. The parking garage approximately four blocks down between 3rd and 4th Streets. Enter the parking garage* on the left at the end of the block.
*Once in parking garage, take the elevator in NW corner of garage to level 3 for access the skywalk across to our building.
