Bethany L. Brooks joined the firm in 2006. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, her practice focuses primarily on business planning and transactions and a wide range of other business-related issues. Bethany represents clients with respect to reviewing and drafting a variety of contracts and other documents as well as business planning from formation or acquisition through growth and sale or disposition.
