IT Helpdesk Support

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated, full-time or part-time, individual for an IT Help Desk Support position. This position is responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, maintenance of PC and mobile hardware/software systems, and related technology infrastructure in a Windows environment. This position will support end-users on a daily basis and be responsible for onsite basic technology administration (regulated and non-regulated) such as, hardware, software, operating systems, and related technical procedures that adhere to organizational guidelines.
