Mrs. Kuhn has been with the firm since 2012 and concentrates primarily on handling commercial real estate and finance transactions. Mrs. Kuhn also assists clients with general business transactions and health law compliance. As part of her real estate practice, Mrs. Kuhn represents clients in the purchase, development, and sale of major office buildings, mixed-use projects, shopping centers and multi-family projects. Mrs. Kuhn’s representation also involves all aspects of a client’s business from formation or acquisition and business planning through the sale or disposition of a business.
