Kayla Himes is an experienced litigator with a background in criminal defense and mental health law, focusing her practice primarily on matters related to contested estate, trust and guardianship issues. Kayla brings years of experience managing the balance between complex legal matters and the people and emotions involved. A native Texan, Kayla is an active volunteer in her community, working with Scouts BSA and the National Alliance on Mental Illness North Texas. Kayla and her husband have two children at home and a son serving in the United States Air Force. On the weekends, Kayla enjoys hiking in the area, particularly around Eagle Mountain Lake, and cooking and entertaining with family and friends.
