Our firm has extensive experience in representing creditors and debtors in both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy enforcement activity. The firm maintains a collection practice for creditors to collect accounts and also represents creditors in foreclosure activities. The firm’s experience includes litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts to enforce creditor claims.
