Mrs. Harrison-Fincher’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of general business transactions, real estate law and health law. She regularly advises clients on the structuring and implementation of all types of business transactions focusing particularly on the needs of closely-held and family businesses. Additionally, she advises health care providers and ancillary service facilities on their business transactions and compliance with the federal and state health laws. Mrs. Harrison-Fincher also assists clients with commercial and retail lease transactions and real estate acquisition and divestiture, including due diligence, survey reviews, and title examinations.
